Mi queja para Tigo Colombia
¿Qué pensaría usted si hoy llegan a su casa a suspenderle el servicio de agua por el que usted ya pagó anticipadamente? Mal hecho, ¿verdad? Pues esto es lo que Tigo está haciendo con su servicio de telefonía móvil. Pagué mi factura por el servicio del 15 de septiembre al 15 de octubre y hoy, 7 de octubre, me encuentro con que la línea está suspendida. Lo más absurdo, es que estoy pagando...
